What types of vendors can use PopNSpot?
PopNSpot is designed for mobile businesses of many kinds, including food vendors, food trucks, tamale vendors, taco vendors, elote vendors, ice cream vendors, flower vendors, local creators and other mobile businesses.
Does PopNSpot take a percentage of my sales?
At launch, PopNSpot is built around a vendor subscription model rather than taking a percentage of each sale through the platform.
Do customers have to pay to use PopNSpot?
The customer experience is designed to allow people to discover and connect with local vendors without requiring customers to purchase a vendor subscription. Free to download. Free to use.
How does a vendor show that they’re active?
Vendors can use the Active Now feature to indicate when they’re currently available to serve customers.
Can customers follow vendors?
Yes. PopNSpot is designed to help customers stay connected with vendors they like through following and notifications.
Can vendors update their location?
PopNSpot is designed around mobile businesses, allowing vendors to share their current location with customers.
Can I use PopNSpot for a business that isn’t food?
Yes. PopNSpot is being built for mobile businesses beyond food. If your business moves from location to location, PopNSpot may be a good fit.
Where can I download PopNSpot?
PopNSpot will be available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can also open the web app now at www.popnspot.app while store listings are coming soon.
Is PopNSpot available in my city?
Availability will expand as more vendors join. If you don’t see vendors in your area yet, encourage your favorite local vendors to join PopNSpot.
